REQUIREMENTS An undergraduate qualification in Accounting/ Financial Management (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA; plus A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a revenue, expenditure and e-NaTIS environment; plus A valid driver’s licence (minimum Code B).

Knowledge of Delegations of Authority pertaining to the Department of Transport. Knowledge of Financial Audit procedure. Knowledge of Human Resource Management Principles. Knowledge of National Traffic Information System (e-NaTIS). Basic knowledge of accounting system (BAS). Knowledge of PERSAL. Computer literacy. Good Verbal and written Communication skills. Good interpersonal relations skills. Problem solving skills. Policy development and analysis skills. Management and supervisory skills. Planning and co-ordinating skills.
