Manage on-time, in-full deliveries. Deliver according to the route sheet and ensure deliveries are made to the correct address. Ensure all required documentation accompanies each delivery. Compare the delivery note against the delivery load to ensure accuracy. Direct all customer complaints and delivery notes to the relevant Warehouse Administration team. Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly, with the load distributed evenly and securely. Sign for and acknowledge acceptance of the load. Ensure customer rejections are handled in accordance with the applicable procedures. Adhere to all health and safety protocols both on-site and en route. Ensure the company vehicle policy is adhered to at all times. Conduct daily physical vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly. Conduct regular temperature checks and record the readings accurately. Ensure all products and packaging remain intact and undamaged during loading and offloading.
