Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Automotive Electronics Certification or equivalent qualification Certification from leading tracking device providers (e.g., Tracker, Netstar, Cartrack) is advantageous Min 2years proven experience in tracker installations and car alarm/radio installationsĀ Valid driverās license Clear criminal record
Key CompetenciesStrong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and schematics. Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Installations: Install and configure (GPS/GSM) tracking devices in vehicles, ensuring secure and functional placement according to manufacturer specifications. Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform diagnostics and repairs on tracking systems and related electronic components. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and client interactions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
