Job DescriptionLooking for your next opportunity in retail or hospitality management? We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, staff supervision and the achievement of customer service, sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the followingAssist the Store Manager with daily operations and team supervision Maintain excellent customer service and store presentation Manage stock, cash control and shift planning Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Motivate and lead the team towards achieving operational and sales targets Respond to site call-outs when required, including alarm activations at any time of day or night
