Key Responsibilities - Ensure all deposits are processed in accordance with agreed-upon terms - Maintain consistent, high-quality counting and verification services for staff - Possess a minimum of a Grade 12 education or equivalent - Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy - Proven experience of at least 2 years in a cash centre or similar role is advantageous - Possess treasury experience is an advantage - Ability to work under pressure and manage multitasking effectively - Ability to work additional hours as required - Resolve challenges that may arise in a timely manner

Job Specifications - Open and close Cash Centre as required - Adhere to Standard Operational procedures - Count and verify money accurately - Reconcile and balance money - Re-count money in the event of discrepancies - Ensure all reports and statistics are up-to-date - Maintain completeness, neatness, and filing of relevant documents - Ensure schedules balance with physical counts - Handle incident reports as required - Address client queries in a professional and timely manner - Prioritize client satisfaction as the top priority - Enforce basic discipline within the Cash Centre - Take accountability for the Cash Centre when no manager is present - Exhibit honesty and reliability - Possess strong verbal and language skills - Pay meticulous attention to detail - Demonstrate self-motivation - Be alert and possess numeric skills - Ensure accuracy and quality assurance - Be customer-focused - Exhibit excellent organizational and planning abilities - Work collaboratively within a team environment
