Job Purpose: To effectively promote, facilitate, and support clients in applying for credit loans while ensuring that all loan applications adhere to regulatory and policy compliance for credit granting.
Key Accountable Responsibilities: - Attain monthly sales targets for loan applications by actively promoting credit loans and providing customer support. - Achieve monthly collections targets through the implementation of company procedures and instructions, and by following up on customer loan installment collections. - Maintain accurate records and uphold branch housekeeping standards in an orderly and timely manner. - Deliver professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers consistently.
Competency and Qualification Requirements: - Minimum educational requirement: Grade 12. - Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the microfinance industry. - Proficiency in Mathematical Literacy.
