Requirements
· A minimum of 4 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, with a focus on transactions within the metals & mining or broader natural resources sector. · Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring, alongside a deep understanding of mining-specific metrics and valuation methods for exploration, development, and producing assets. · Demonstrated capability in fostering relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and specialist mining investors, and in initiating and executing mandates. · Knowledge of sector-relevant deal types, such as M&A, equity capital raising, project and debt finance, and royalty and streaming structures. · Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit for working with colleagues across regional offices. · Proficient in leveraging technology for business solutions. · Experience in investment banking, corporate finance advisory, private equity, or a resources-focused fund, particularly within precious metals, base and battery metals, bulk commodities, or mining services, is highly desirable.
