Reporting to the Senior Manager of Gazoo Racing Fleet & Sustainability, this position is responsible for managing and coordinating the Marketing and PR Fleet in support of media, marketing, event, sponsorship, and business requirements. The incumbent will lead fleet and marketing-related projects, manage stakeholders and service providers, oversee budgets and compliance, and lead a small team to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery aligned with organisational objectives.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREASMarketing and PR fleet management ā ensuring effective vehicle availability, allocation, utilisation, maintenance, and governanceĀ Project and marketing management ā planning and delivering fleet, campaign, event, and continuous improvement initiativesĀ Financial and supplier management ā budget control, procurement support, cost optimisation, and service-provider performanceĀ Compliance, risk, and governance ā ensuring legislative, policy, and operational complianceĀ Fleet operations and logistics ā coordinating vehicle movements, maintenance, and asset lifecycle requirementsĀ Leadership and people management ā leading team performance, development, and resource planningĀ Stakeholder engagement ā coordinating internal teams, agencies, media, suppliers, and external partnersĀ Data analysis and reporting ā monitoring performance and providing business insightsĀ
