**Introduction:**
The Finance Business Partnering Intern will aid business units by furnishing financial insights, analysis, reporting, and decision support to boost business performance. This role provides exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering, and strategic decision-making while fostering a robust comprehension of the organizationās financial and operational goals.
**Job Responsibilities:**

**Minimum Entry Requirements:**
To be eligible for the internship, applicants should:
- Be a South African citizen. - Be unemployed at the commencement of the programme. - Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years (subject to the applicable INSETA funding requirements). - Hold a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. - Have English as a subject at Matric level. - Be computer literate. - Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. - Have an interest in the insurance and financial services industry. - Be willing to commit to the full duration of the internship programme.
