RequirementsGrade 12 Red Seal Mechanical Fitter qualification 10+ years’ heavy industry experience 5+ years’ management experience Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding ability Experience with preventative maintenance systems (CMMS) Knowledge of OHSA and safety compliance Physically fit (heights/confined spaces) Strong leadership and communication skills Computer literate (MS Office) Valid driver’s licence Hydraulic experience advantageous
