PURPOSETo manage maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness while overseeing contractor performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTSElectrical Engineering qualification (BTech/BEng/BSc) with project/contract management training 7–10 years’ maintenance experience in light current systems (PLCs, instrumentation, BMS, SCADA) Expertise in automation, fire detection, access control, building systems, and safety management Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience managing outsourced maintenance contracts; proficiency in Maximo CMMS Valid driver’s license with safe manual driving experience Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English
