DescriptionSupport the team in meeting targets, deadlines, and quality standards by understanding project objectives and aligning activities with defined goals. Plan and coordinate the steps and timelines required to achieve targets, clearly communicating priorities and expectations to each team member as needed. Facilitate task execution by providing the necessary tools, resources, and training, as well as arranging travel and logistics to support operational efficiency. Manage the standby roster, monitor team progress, offer support where required, and address deviations from purchasing standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Assist the team with long-term demand forecasting to support resource planning and strategic decision-making. Compile and maintain a pipeline of upcoming tenders and business opportunities to support proactive planning and responsiveness. Support data-driven decisions by analysing sales or cost data to identify emerging trends, performance gaps, or problem areas.
RequirementsMatric / Grade 12 or equivalent Diploma in business administration, finance / sales or a similar 3+ years’ experience in administration MS Office software and SAP
