Are you passionate about empowering students to realize their educational and career aspirations? NewBridge Graduate Institute, as we expand our footprint across Cape Town, KwaZulu-Natal, and Gauteng, seeks dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented Student Advisors for our Sales and Student Recruitment team. As a Student Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through their higher education path, providing expert advice on our programs, and facilitating them through the enrollment process. Your role is pivotal in achieving enrollment targets by nurturing student aspirations, matching them with suitable qualifications, and delivering an unparalleled student experience.

Key Responsibilities: 1. School Engagement: Deliver high-energy presentations at targeted schools, distribute campus brochures, and represent the institute at career expos. 2. Communication & Follow-Up: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, conduct engaging interviews, and follow up on leads to convert interest into applications and registrations. 3. Sales Process Management: Update and manage the campus CRM Information system and ensure alignment with the campus sales and marketing plan. 4. Collaboration & Reporting: Attend weekly campus sales meetings, report on sales activities, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on institutional programs, module structures, pricing, and bursary offerings. 5. Event & Campaign Management: Conduct school presentations, represent the institute at career fairs, and manage SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to engage prospective students. 6. Interview & Conversion Process: Execute dynamic interviews, convert interest into applications, maintain knowledge of all programs, and attend ongoing training sessions.

Requirements: - Completed tertiary qualification - Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle access - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Target-driven, friendly, and methodical with the ability to work accurately under pressure - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities
