A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4, A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration environment; plus A valid driver’s licence (minimum Code B). Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required:
Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collect statistics.
Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment. Computer skills. Planning and organisation skills. Language skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal relations skills. Flexibility skills. Teamwork. The ideal candidate should be honest, reliable, innovative/ creative and be able to work under pressure and to work individually and as part of a team and be able to be confidential.
