Our client in Brackenfell is seeking an experienced, reliable and hands-on Installation Team Leader to lead a team responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality installation of glass and aluminium products.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise installation teams on-site. Install and oversee aluminium windows, doors, sliding doors, shopfronts, curtain walling and balustrades. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve installation issues on-site. Coordinate with management, clients and contractors. Manage materials, tools and equipment. Complete site inspections and basic installation reports.
RequirementsProven experience in glass and aluminium installation. Previous team-leading or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of installation methods, hardware and materials. Ability to read technical drawings. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Valid driver’s licence advantageous. Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
