RequirementsGrade 12 / Matric (relevant retail or food management qualification advantageous) 3–5 years' experience managing a butchery or retail meat outlet Strong knowledge of meat cuts, butchery processes, and product handling Experience with stock control, purchasing, and supplier management Sound understanding of retail operations, financial controls, and cost management Proven leadership and staff management experience Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP or similar advantageous)
