BRIEF DESCRIPTION:-
The Cleaning Supervisor - Cape Region is responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning team, conducting routine inspections to ensure hygiene and safety, and maintaining detailed records of cleaning activities. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in cleaning settings, preferably with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and a fundamental understanding of cleaning agents and tools.

Responsibilities & Duties
Oversee and manage the cleaning team and their activities. Perform routine inspections to uphold hygiene and safety regulations. Keep meticulous records of cleaning schedules, logs, and incident reports. Provide staff training on cleaning procedures and Tsebo guidelines. Address client inquiries and forward any critical issues as required.
Required Skills and Competencies
Fundamental understanding of cleaning agents and tools. Health and Safety certification is beneficial. Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities. 2–3 years of experience in cleaning settings, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Necessary Qualifications
Minimum – Grade 12 / Matric. Management qualification is a plus.
