About the Role

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager for our cleaning services division. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, managing team performance, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications. - Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to boost efficiency and service delivery. - Lead cleaning teams through recruitment, training, and performance assessments to support staff development and retention. - Manage scheduling and resource distribution to meet service demands while maintaining ideal staffing levels. - Perform regular site inspections to confirm adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards. - Work closely with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and guarantee satisfaction with service delivery. - Track inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders to prevent operational interruptions. - Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, pinpointing areas for enhancement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations management or a comparable role within the cleaning or facility services industry. - Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational efficiencies. - In-depth knowledge of cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff. - Proficient in using operational management software and the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications
