Position Overview

Vine Recruitment is in search of an energetic and commercially savvy Client Experience Director for a financial services organization active in the foreign exchange market in the Winelands region. This position demands a leader to elevate client satisfaction, sustain client retention, oversee relationship management and foster revenue expansion. This role integrates client relationship management, process optimization, regulatory compliance and business growth. The ideal candidate will cultivate robust client and banking partner connections, pinpoint business growth avenues and deliver a top-notch client experience across the customer journey.

Key Duties

• Foster and nurture robust connections with clients, banking partners, and referral entities to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - Devise and execute strategies to boost client contentment, reinforce relationships and enhance client retention. - Identify and secure new client acquisition, generate referral prospects, meet sales targets and promote cross-selling opportunities across company units. - Oversee banking partner relationships, grasp their operational needs and negotiate agreements that align with business goals. - Regularly engage with clients to gauge needs, tackle challenges and explore additional business opportunities. - Pinpoint areas to streamline processes, enhance service delivery and refine the client journey. - Ensure precise documentation of client-related processes and comply with internal policies, regulatory stipulations, service-level agreements (SLAs) and banking partner requirements. - Track client satisfaction, retention, sales performance and service delivery, delivering regular reports on progress, potential and hurdles. - Promote knowledge exchange and training within internal teams to align with client expectations and banking partner protocols.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the foreign exchange (FX) industry. - Relevant qualifications in the industry, with RE5 and RE1 being beneficial or necessary for the role. - Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans. - In-depth knowledge of South African financial services regulations and compliance standards. - Experience in client relationship management, client retention and business development. - Demonstrated capability to identify sales prospects, expand client portfolios and achieve revenue objectives. - Experience in engaging with banking partners, negotiating agreements and managing service-level expectations.
