Core Purpose of the Post The primary objective of this role is to efficiently manage all administrative tasks, claims, and underwriting inquiries related to insurance.
Requirements - Grade 12 qualification - FAIS Accreditation (relevant qualification, RE5 & CoB), with RE5 being compulsory or must be successfully completed within six months - Previous experience in an insurance setting - Possession of a valid driving license
Skills - Excellent communication and language abilities in both Afrikaans and English - Proficiency in computer operations, specifically MS Office software - Strong numerical skills - Exceptional organizational abilities - Ability to perform effectively under pressure - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality - Aptitude for sustaining good interpersonal relationships
