This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, supporting production requirements, and maintaining strong supplier relationshipsThe successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating decoration requirements, managing stock levels, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting the business in achieving efficient and cost-effective procurement outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful impactThe successful applicant will be responsible for the following outputs: Identify and expedite all decoration requirements for on-site and off-site production facilitiesIssue daily schedules for raw material requirementsProvide decoration stock updates to the customer and sales teamsMonitor slow-moving and dead stockMaintain and manage the decoration back-order reportManage quality incidents with suppliers, including defective stock and colour variationsManage pricing with various decoration suppliers and relevant sales representativesManage artwork changeovers, ensuring depletion of old artwork before introducing new artworkMaintain artwork files and registers, including updating files with new artwork, removing old artwork, and ensuring that the business has two signed hard copies of each labelMonitor monthly stock levels in line with business parametersAdvise Production and Planners of any exceptions that may be necessary for new productsPrepare and maintain supplier OTIF reporting
