Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to deliver reliable and secure driving services for the transportation of goods, ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold a professional demeanor and respectful interactions with ACDC staff, clients, and customers. - Always act with integrity. - Handle the delivery/collection of orders and any other duties assigned by management. - Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with company standards. - Keep an updated trip logbook and ensure it is always current. - Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle. - Adhere strictly to all road traffic and driving regulations. - Plan routes for efficient service delivery. - Verify that all orders are correct in terms of delivery notes, both at departure from ACDC and upon arrival at the delivery address. - Dispatch orders in an efficient and effective manner.

Requirements

• Matriculation certificate. - Minimum of 2 years of driving experience. - Must possess a valid PDP and Code 10 license. - Attire should be neat and presentable. - A flawless driving record is required. - Must be honest, reliable, and responsible. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficient navigation skills. - Strong customer service abilities. - Effective time management and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
