Key Areas of ImpactSupport the maintenance of a safe, functional and compliant facilities environment in line with company and legislative requirements. Assist with the effective management, utilisation and maintenance of facilities assets in accordance with established asset care practices. Support compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements relating to facilities operations. Coordinate routine maintenance activities and liaise with service providers to ensure facilities requirements are attended to timeously. Assist with coordinating facilities projects and service activities to support the effective and timely delivery of services Maintain accurate facilities records, documentation and reports, and provide relevant information to support effective facilities management.
What It Takes to SucceedExperience that set you up for success:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial facilities environment Minimum 3 years’ experience in asset care within a facilities environment Practical experience and competence in the use of a variety of hand tools Sound construction knowledge - advantageous Exposure to general maintenance services and facilities infrastructure - advantageous
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your successGrade 12 / Matric Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for successProficient in MS Office and SAP Valid driver’s licence - advantageous Must be willing to work overtime when required
