PURPOSE
To handle petty cash, payments, bookkeeping, bursary debt, and admin tasks by verifying, reconciling, capturing, processing, and maintaining accurate financial records efficiently.
REQUIREMENTSNQF Level 4 (Grade 12) certificate or an equivalent relevant qualification Basic accounting and mathematical skills Broad experience in financial administration, including salaries, travel and subsistence, debtor and creditor control, and management of clearing/suspense accounts Solid knowledge and practical understanding of BAS and Safetyweb systems Strong knowledge of banking account structures and configurations within National Departments Strong grasp of GRAP standards and theoretical knowledge of GAAP principles Computer literacy
