Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Transactions and RecordingRecord supplier invoices, customer invoices, and general journal entries, receipts, and payments in local and foreign bank accounts using SAGE X3 Maintain accurate financial records to support reporting and compliance requirements.
Payments and ReconciliationsProcess and load weekly payments for employee expenses and suppliers and perform credit card reconciliations for managers Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for both local and foreign bank accounts.
Asset and Compliance ManagementMaintain and update the fixed-asset register. Support VAT filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Financial Close and Audit SupportAssist in the month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and review trial balances for annual audits and respond to audit-related requests.
