We are seeking a proficient Grain Administrator to provide administrative support to our Processing Plant and Grain Handling Silos in Delmas, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will oversee a range of functions including contract administration, inventory management, finance administration, asset management, data capturing, and stakeholder communication.
Administer grain contracts and facilitate communication with farmers. Prepare payment schedules and manage financial transactions. Handle inventory-related tasks such as receipts, deliveries, and reconciliations. Liaise with financiers, maintain the asset register, and assist with budget control. Ensure accurate operational and financial data capture. Resolve queries related to payments, contracts, and inventory. Maintain organised filing systems and ensure audit-ready documentation. Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Finance, or related field (advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 5-10 years' administrative experience in relevant fields
Attention to detail and accuracy Organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-focused with a positive attitude Strong numerical and problem-solving skills Remote work and after-hours availability
