Main purpose of the position:Effective overall control and management of agricultural mechanisation parts and workshop to deliver a sustainable service to all OVK Group clients with profitability. Minimum Requirements:Grade 12;5-10 years’ experience in a mechanisation (tractors, harvesters and sprayers), parts and workshop environment;Experience in parts and/or workshop marketing and management is required;Qualified agricultural technician with a focus on precision farming technology;Valid driver's license and willing to travel. Skills:Computer literate;Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;Personnel management;Natural ability to function successfully in a competitive agricultural environment;Negotiation skills;Able to function under pressure;Good human knowledgeResponsibilities:Financial management;Personnel management;Control and management of administration;Market share growth;Management and maintenance of assets;Inventory management.
