CIPC (formation of company documents); Drafting of trusts (formation and registration with the Master of the High Court). Must be familiar with the various documents required to form and register a company, share transfers and share registers as well as the formation of a trust.
Secretarial work which entails taking instructions from 4 x Attorneys and thereafter working independently on files from inception to finalisation with the guidance of the Attorneys; The ability to be able to work independently is of utmost importance. Drafting of legal / commercial documents e.g. Trusts; sale agreements and supporting documents e.g. resolutions; CIPC documents and registrations / share certificates / Last Will and Testament; correspondence, emails; invoices; reports etc.
Computer literacy: Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook; An inhouse computer programme is
