My client, a well established fruit exporter based in Grabouw is seeking to employ a Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a B. Comm Management Accounting Degree or relevant accounting qualification with CIMA, SAIPA or similar, 5+ years relevant experience, preferably within a production environment and 2+ years minimum management experience.

Reporting to the Group Financial Manager you will be required to travel between the three operational sites in the Grabouw / Vyeboom area with your base office in Grabouw.

Maintain and improve monthly management packs, evaluate reports, and facilitate forecasting and budgeting processEnsure compliance with Group Finance objectives, translating them into efficient operational business processes. Maintaining effective communication with Group FinanceInterpret financial data, adjusting forecasts, aligning critical volume drivers, and reporting findings to stakeholders. Review internal controls, propose improvements, and regularly assess financial and operational risks. Support packhouses with their financial analysis and propose solutions for business process improvements and project analysis requests.
