Drive revenue growth and base activation for iStore Business SME by converting, engaging and retaining SME customers generated through the iStore online business channel, and act as the co-ordination link between the SME business team and iStore retail stores. Action new business account registrations end-to-end, execute targeted campaigns to activate dormant registered accounts, and build lasting relationships with online-originated SME customers by telephone and digital channels. In addition, co-ordinate the delivery of business programmes into nominated stores ā distributing weekly programme updates and qualified leads (including Trade Up leads for Mac, iPad and iPhone), supporting stores with business account activations and business queries, tracking store training progress on business programmes, and co-ordinating in-store business sessions and events together with Marketing. Serve as the primary operational contact for the online SME base and the first-line business support contact for stores, ensuring no online-generated lead, registration or store-referred business opportunity goes unconverted.
Minimum qualifications and key competenciesMatricPreferred: relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or Information Technology (Diploma or Degree). Proactive and self-motivatedĀ Ability to negotiate with Business Owners / C-Level ExecutivesĀ Value Based Selling SkillsĀ Experience required for the role Min 4 years Direct Sales or account management experience in the Technology / ICT / Telecoms Industry. Min 2 years B2B sales experienceMinimum 2 years' inside sales, telesales or desk-based account management experience, ideally within Technology, ICT, Telecoms, e-commerce or retail. Experience in B2B sales, including managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets, is advantageous. Hands-on experience managing a CRM pipeline (Salesforce / Force Manager preferred) with consistent data accuracy, hygiene and reporting. Experience managing high-volume outbound communication (calls and emails) across a large account base. Demonstrated ability to manage business account registration processes and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Experience co-ordinating programmes, leads or communications across a multi-site retail or branch network is advantageous. Event or activation co-ordination experience (including working with Marketing on invitations and attendance) is advantageous. Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for trackers and reporting; familiarity with the Apple product range and iStore retail environment is advantageous. Co-ordination & Follow-through ā Plans ahead, tracks multiple stores, leads and events simultaneously, closes the loop on every hand-off and keeps stakeholders informed of status. Communication & Stakeholder Management ā Clear and professional communicator across phone, email, written reporting and store briefings; co-ordinates effectively with store teams, RAM, Marketing and internal stakeholders. Customer Relationship ManagementĀ Ensure regular communication and meetings with existing SMB base & potential SMB customers.Ā Nurturing and growing relationships with SMB customers, acting as a point of contact for any issues or queries, and addressing concerns promptly, fostering trust and loyalty.Ā Reporting & AnalyticsĀ Maintain a training tracker for business programmes by store and by staff member (e.g. business account registration, Trade Up, business bundles, ABM / device enrolment, financing). Assist to schedule and co-ordinate business programme training sessions for stores together with the relevant trainer / SME team member. Track completion against the training plan, identify gaps in store coverage and flag them to the Head of SME and store management. Report monthly on training progress and store readiness to execute business programmes.
