Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely procurement of raw materials required for production, while upholding quality standards and fostering strong supplier relationships. In addition, the role is responsible for implementing the SAFEX hedging strategy and managing the production planning and scheduling of client orders.
Qualifications and Experience3 Year Qualification in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. SAFEX trading exam -beneficial 3-7 years relevant experience
SkillsExcellent inter-personal and customer relations skills. Experience within a production, and logistical environment. Organised and logical problem-solving ability. Able to adapt quickly to changing environment. Able to work as part of a team or independently in a fast paced and pressured environment. General knowledge of accounting Strong communication and administrative skills. Management skills Effective negotiation and stakeholder management
