The Senior Factory Manager holds overall accountability for factory operations, with deep expertise in Digital Printing and Finishing. This is a Senior leadership role responsible for setting Production strategy, overseeing planning across all divisions, and driving operational excellence at an executive level within the business. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Take full ownership of factory operations across all divisions, setting the strategic direction for production Serve as the senior authority on digital printing and finishing operations, ensuring the business stays technically and competitively ahead Sit as part of the senior management team, contributing to broader business strategy and decision-making Planning & Scheduling (Cross-Divisional) Own and drive production planning and scheduling strategy across all divisions, ensuring integrated, efficient workflow company-wide Design and implement long-term capacity planning, factoring in growth, seasonal demand, and equipment investment Resolve cross-divisional conflicts in priority, resourcing, and scheduling at a senior decision-making level Project Management & Logistics Plan and manage cross-divisional projects (e.g. new equipment installs, process improvements, facility upgrades) from initiation through to completion Oversee logistics and supply chain operations, including inbound raw materials, warehousing, and outbound distribution/dispatch Coordinate with transport and freight providers to ensure on-time delivery and manage supply chain risk Manage stock and inventory planning to prevent production delays due to material shortages Senior Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and hold accountable divisional heads, supervisors, and their teams across the factory Build organisational capability through succession planning, training, and performance management Set the tone for a high-performance, safety-first, continuous-improvement culture across the plant Quality, Compliance & Risk Hold ultimate accountability for output quality, client specification compliance, and factory-wide standards Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and industry regulations at a governance level Identify and mitigate operational risk across production, equipment, and workforce Financial & Resource Management Own the factory's operating budget, capital expenditure planning, and cost control strategy Drive efficiency and margin improvement through resource optimisation and waste reduction Oversee strategic procurement and supplier relationships in collaboration with senior management Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement Report directly to Executive leadership on factory performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives Present production strategy, risks, and investment cases to senior stakeholders/board level as required Represent the factory in client, supplier, and industry engagements where senior representation is required Email cv to: [Email hidden - Login to reveal], [Email hidden - Login to reveal] Get to Know Us!
