Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & Maintain BI Solutions: Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting tailored to complex business needs. Drive Strategy & Best Practices: Implement leading-practice standards, align with the overall analytics strategy, and contribute to BI roadmap planning. Manage Data Governance: Apply Power BI security frameworks, manage shared datasets, and promote the reuse of core models to prevent unmanaged report sprawl. Data Modeling: Build and implement robust, scalable data models. Optimize Performance: Fine-tune Power BI performance using DAX Studio, Performance Analyzer, Power Query, and M language. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work directly with business leaders to gather requirements and convert them into clear technical specifications. Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development. Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, DAX, Power Query, SQL databases, and core data modeling principles. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. (Power BI certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, are a big plus!)
