Warehouse Manager - Mining Gauteng

Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, governance, safety and service delivery to support operational requirements.

Plan, organise and manage daily warehouse and yard operations. Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, issuing, dispatch and returns. Maintain accurate inventory records and drive stock accuracy. Manage critical spares, consumables and stock levels. Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations. Identify and resolve inventory variances and manage obsolete or slow-moving stock. Ensure effective warehouse governance, controls and audit compliance. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and correct specifications. Oversee receiving, dispatch, transport and related documentation. Ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements, including safe storage, housekeeping and equipment safety. Lead, coach and develop warehouse personnel. Monitor warehouse performance, service delivery and operational efficiency.

Grade 12 Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or equivalent Minimum 5–8 years' experience within the mining industry with 3 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role. Knowledge of OEM Experience in inventory control, stocktakes and critical spares management Strong understanding of warehouse governance, controls and audit requirements Experience managing receiving, issuing, dispatch and returns processes Valid Driver's License
