Qualifying Criteria:
Grade 10, 11 or Matric certificate Additional certification in logistics or operations management is advantageous. Previous experience as a Weighbridge Operator or in a similar role (preferred but not essential). Strong numerical, record-keeping, and data entry skills. Basic computer literacy (experience with weighbridge software is a plus). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording weights and information. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to weighing operations. Flexibility is required and essential (able to work cycle of shifts) South African Citizenship Clear Criminal Record
ResponsibilitiesFollow up on daily truck orders and audit daily inspection. Weighing trucks from entry and exit and ensuring efficient data entry. Periodically inspecting the weighing devices to ensure workflow. Preparing a report in which the weight and number of trucks loaded for each shift are recorded.
