About the Role Our organization seeks a proficient Accountant to become an integral part of our finance team. Your primary duties will include the meticulous management of financial records, the creation of accurate financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities - The Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and upkeep of precise financial statements and reports, in line with established accounting principles and legal requirements. - This position entails the management of accounts payable and receivable, guaranteeing prompt processing and accurate documentation. - The candidate will be tasked with reconciling bank statements and overseeing cash flow to guarantee smooth financial operations. - Assistance in the formulation of the annual budget and periodic fiscal forecasts will be required. - Conducting audits and maintaining compliance with financial policies and pertinent legislation are key responsibilities. - Facilitating communication and collaboration with external auditors, providing all necessary documentation to facilitate audit processes. - Monitoring financial performance and offering insights to enhance operational efficiencies. - Keeping abreast of changes in accounting regulations and best practices to inform strategic financial decisions.
