Job Objective: The role entails promoting, assisting, and facilitating clients in applying for credit loans while ensuring adherence to all credit granting regulatory and policy compliance standards.
Primary Responsibilities: 1. Achieve monthly set Loan application Sales targets by actively promoting Credit Loans and providing support to customers. 2. Meet monthly set Collections targets by executing company procedures and instructions for collections, and maintaining regular communication on collections of customers' loan instalments. 3. Maintain precise and up-to-date records, alongside branch housekeeping standards in a prompt and organized manner. 4. Deliver a professional and amicable service to all internal and external customers at all times.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12 Certificate or Diploma in Micro Lending - Frontline Service experience in the Micro Finance industry (NQF L3) - Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Micro Finance sector - Proficiency in Mathematical Literacy
