Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive debtors, bookkeeping, and broader finance support. You will collaborate closely with the Financial Manager, gaining hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end procedures. Your contributions will ensure financial records' accuracy, completeness, and punctuality, while supporting the wider finance operations.
What you'll be doing: - Bookkeeping & Cash Management - Debtors (Accounts Receivable) & Credit Control: full function - Creditors (Accounts Payable) - Reporting & Month-End - Administration & Teamwork
What you'll need: - A Grade 12 with Accounting (or a comparable financial background) - A National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) - Approximately 2-5 years' experience in bookkeeping, debtors, creditors, or a similar finance role - Strong MS Excel skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP/accounting system (advantageous)
