ADMITTED LITIGATION ATTORNEY Northern Suburbs, Cape Town Salary: Market Related A prestigious legal firm in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs is seeking a seasoned Admitted Litigation Attorney to expand its esteemed team. This is a prime opportunity for a confident litigation specialist with extensive High Court and Magistrate's Court experience, outstanding drafting skills, and the capacity to manage matters autonomously from initial consultation to trial or arbitration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage with clients to provide well-informed, practical legal advice. * Oversee complex litigation cases from start to finish. * Perform thorough legal research and evaluate legal precedents and anticipated outcomes. * Compose pleadings, legal opinions, correspondence, applications, and various legal documents. * Prepare cases for High Court, Magistrate's Court, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings. * Collect, assess, and organize evidence. * Brief and coordinate with counsel when necessary. * Manage litigation independently, where feasible. * Represent clients in civil litigation, hearings, and arbitrations. * Uphold the utmost confidentiality of client information and legal materials. * Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients.
