If you have a passion for Excel, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a hands-on production environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful contributionWe are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership, solve problems, and play an important role in supporting production excellenceWhat you will be expected to do as a Business Unit Coordinator Work together with the Safety Representatives and HSE Coordinator to ensure that the department complies with the requirements of Health & Safety policiesAssist the Material Controller with the control and monitoring of finished goods moving into and out of the departmentAssist with accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumablesManage reconciliations and capture data associated with raw material controlUpdate efficiency schedules on a daily basisUpdate weekly wages and other production schedulesPerform general administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and ExecutiveUpdate the register of NCQR and CFARs to monitor trends and statisticsFollow up on DRM actionsSubmit and follow up on trials and associated ISIR requestsAssist with staff and general queries
Minimum of a Degree. BCom Supply Chain or BBA preferableMaths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essentialAt least 3 years' experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environmentExperience in manufacturing or logistics will be advantageousExcellent computer skills, especially Excel. SAP experience advantageousA robust, highly energetic, and hands-on approach and personality are essential in this role
Is an expert on Excel and loves understanding the numbers in the factoryIs comfortable coming in early or staying late if neededIs highly organised in all that they doIs able to adjust and be flexible to multiple changes in a dayAlways thinks about what is best for the customerEnjoys being part of a Production team and working on a production floor We will do psychometric assessments for shortlisted candidates
