Purpose of the Position: This role involves the meticulous capture and processing of both motor and non-motor insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities: - Underwriting and managing motor and non-motor claims - Managing client expectations and ensuring timely claim validation - Handling client inquiries professionally and in accordance with our company values - Arranging and managing car hire services for customers - Coordinating vehicle assessments - Organizing and managing vehicle towing - Overseeing the vehicle repair process
Qualifications Required: - A matric certificate or equivalent (mandatory) - Minimum of two years of experience in short-term insurance claims - RE and FAIS qualifications (preferred)
