Key performance areasClassroom Management
Manage classroom environment and learners during live and tutorial lessons Ensure learners remain engaged in their live lessons or Moodle courses during tutorials Oversee and manage Curro Choice headsets within the classroom Monitor learner progress via tutor/teacher feedback and Power BI dashboard Assist with invigilation during assessments/tests Log service desk tickets for technical or connectivity challenges Enforce discipline and alert learners to assignment/task deadlines and submission dates
Administrative Duties
Maintain attendance registers for all supervised learners Provide feedback to parents and school management regarding learner performance Receive and print assessments/tests/exams according to Curro Choice schedule Scan and email completed assessments/tests/exams to relevant Curro Choice teachers Communicate effectively with Curro Choice teachers and tutors regarding learner performance in the venue
Qualifications, experience and skills
Grade 12 (Matric) – essential BEd degree – advantageous SACE registration (provisional or conditional) – required Experience in tutoring/teaching Skilled motivator, able to encourage learners to explore new theories and value new products – advantageous
