Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus. Cloud related certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect or Azure ArchitectMinimum Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years within the banking sector. Proven ability to consult and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders in large organizations. Deep understanding of banking operations, including digital transformation, core banking systems, payments, and lending. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills tailored to executive audiences. Strong proficiency in designing and developing scalable banking or finance systems. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and frameworks. Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., Basel III, GDPR).

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in large banks, translating business goals into strategic technology initiatives. Provide expert insights on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in banking and digital transformation. Design and deliver cutting-edge digital banking solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements. Lead the development of architecture frameworks for large-scale digital initiatives, including core banking modernization, digital payments, and omni-channel banking. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, facilitating workshops and presentations to align vision and strategy. Lead business and technical discussions, presentations, and workshops with senior client stakeholders. Effectively communicate complex technical solutions in business terms to senior executives. Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies to enhance client competitiveness in the digital banking space. Oversee the integration of cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and other digital technologies into banking systems. Ensure alignment of solutions with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards. Stay updated with the latest banking technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client solutions.
