We are currently recruiting for a driven External Retail Sales Representative for our client in Woodstock, Cape Town. The successful candidate should possess at least three years of experience in sales representation, with one year’s experience in the leather, upholstery, fabric, or hospitality sectors. A Matric certificate is mandatory, and tertiary education would be a plus. A recent professional profile photo should accompany your application.

REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Representative. - At least 1 year of experience in the leather, upholstery, fabric, or hospitality industry. - Matric certificate is essential. - Tertiary education is advantageous. - A clear credit record is essential. - Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, and customer service. - Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and deliver results. - Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and in a team. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - High level of emotional intelligence. - Excellent relationship-building skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are essential.
DUTIES: - Service and maintain the assigned active customer base. - Increase repeat business from existing active customers. - Reactivate inactive customers and develop them into active customers. - Identify and secure new business opportunities by sourcing prospective customers. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Complete all administrative tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 Saturday: 08:30 – 13:00 (when required)
