We are looking for a dynamic and performance-oriented Field Sales Specialist with expertise in the hydraulics sector to join our team in Cape Town. Candidates must be based in Cape Town; otherwise, they will not be considered. The ideal candidate will be tasked with expanding our business, nurturing existing client relationships, and showcasing our hydraulic seal products and services.
Key Responsibilities - Discover and cultivate new business prospects within the hydraulics and related industrial fields - Strengthen and expand relationships with current clients - Conduct client visits, perform site assessments, and deliver product presentations - Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports - Meet and surpass monthly sales objectives - Track market trends, competitor actions, and client requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction
Minimum Requirements - Demonstrated experience in hydraulic sales or within the hydraulics industry (mandatory) - Extensive understanding of hydraulic components, systems, and applications - Minimum of 3-5 years of external sales experience in an industrial context - Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously - Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems are advantageous)
