Minimum RequirementsLecturer
A Master’s degree and undergraduate study in the field of Management and / or Entrepreneurship At least 3 years’ lecturing experience in the field of Management and / or Entrepreneurship Preference will be given to applicants who are registered for a PhD Active participation in professional, industry and or community activities
Additional Recommendations:
Commercial or industrial related experience Demonstrate innovative thinking towards teaching and learning skills Availability to work at other DUT campuses, in the evening and weekends and sometimes away from home
Summary of Duties:
Teaching and assessment of modules/ subjects in the Department of Entrepreneurial Studies and Management Research participation and supervision of research students. Preparation and development of learning / teaching materials Involvement in curriculum development. Provide academic support to facilitate student success. Involvement in community engagement initiatives organized by the department/faculty. Participate in Faculty and University wide activities and functions. Administrative and auxiliary duties in line with the above functions. Any other duties assigned by the head of department. Represent the department as necessary on institutional committees and professional forums.
