An established business is seeking a meticulous Logistics Coordinator with fruit export experience to oversee shipments, manage inventory, and ensure precise documentation and punctual deliveries.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-Loading Coordination: Assign stock, draft loading instructions, and orchestrate load-outs within stipulated deadlines. Logistics & Solutions: Coordinate transportation, monitor shipments, and address logistical setbacks. Forecasting & Planning: Generate forecasts, allocate vessel space, and synchronize bookings with customer needs. Stock Management: Preserve accurate inventory records, rectify discrepancies, and oversee stock age and traceability. Cold Store Operations & Compliance: Organize inspections, labeling, and pallet preparation, adhering to market and regulatory standards. Freight Forwarding & Shipping Administration: Secure vessel bookings, administer shipping instructions, manage documentation, and meet deadlines.
