The Gauteng-based company is seeking a dynamic and energetic professional to take up the role of Dispatch Supervisor. This dual aspect position requires a candidate with the following qualifications and experiences:

• A minimum of Grade 12 education - At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor position, specifically in an outbound role - A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, managing tasks related to pickers, packers, and drivers - Proficiency in route planning, transport coordination, as well as picking and packing processes - Strong computer literacy skills

The responsibilities of the Dispatch Supervisor will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring the picking and packing process to ensure accuracy - Ensuring that all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed - Supervising customers who come to collect their orders
