Educational Requirement A minimum of Grade 12 is necessary to qualify for this position.

Experience Requirements A minimum of three years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor position, specifically in an outbound role. Three or more years of supervisory experience, with a focus on managing pickers, packers, and drivers. Two years of experience in supervisory roles, including overseeing tasks related to picking and packing. Technical Proficiency Strong computer literacy is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the accurate picking and packing of orders. Ensure timely dispatch of items, with a target of completing orders within one day of receipt. Manage customer interactions regarding item collection.
