Supervisory Expertise: A minimum of two years in supervisory positions, specifically managing teams responsible for picking, packing, and transporting goods. Operational Skills: Proficiency in both Route Planning and Transport Coordination, alongside Picking and Packing processes. Technical Competency: Strong computer literacy is required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the accurate selection and packaging of orders. Ensure timely dispatch of items, with a target of completing orders within 1 day of placement.
